Warning Signs

Tools You Can Use Right Now

Deposit limits
Every legal U.S. sportsbook offers daily / weekly / monthly deposit caps in their settings. Set them BEFORE you start a session, not after a bad night.
Time limits + cool-off periods
Most apps let you set a session-length alarm or pause your account for 24 hours to 30 days. Use it.
Self-exclusion
Voluntary registries โ€” state-by-state in most U.S. states, plus app-level. Once enrolled, the operator must refuse your wagers for the duration you chose (typically 6 months to lifetime).
Spending check-in
Use the HRK Tracker โ€” it logs every wager and surfaces win/loss / ROI / volume. If the numbers surprise you, that's a signal worth listening to.

About HRK

HRK provides MLB research and analysis. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or partner with sportsbooks on a revenue-share basis. We are not affiliated with MLB or any operator. Nothing here is professional betting advice. Use this site as a research input alongside your own judgment, your own bankroll discipline, and your own self-imposed limits.

If betting stops being entertainment, take a break. The slate will still be here tomorrow.
