⚠ Not betting advice. The service is provided for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to place any specific wager. We are not a sportsbook, not affiliated with MLB or any sports league, and not licensed to provide gambling advice in any jurisdiction.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (21 in jurisdictions where the legal sports betting age is 21).
You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding access to sports research, prop data, and sportsbook line aggregation.
You may not use the service in any jurisdiction where doing so would violate local law.

2. What the service provides

Daily MLB research dashboards: projections, line aggregation across 18+ sportsbooks, prop ladders, hit rate cheat sheets, live in-game tracker.
Optional Discord-OAuth sign-in for cross-device sync of your saved watchlist, slip, bets, reactions, and comments.
Discord community channels for discussion.

3. What the service does NOT provide

No guarantees of accuracy, edge, or profitability. Our models are best-effort; sportsbook lines move; outcomes are random.
No betting facilitation. We never place wagers on your behalf. You bet on your own sportsbook account at your own discretion.
No payment processing on this site. The product is currently free.
No insider information. Everything we publish is derived from public MLB data, weather feeds, and sportsbook lines.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure — we use it as your identity.
One account per person. Don't share, resell, or transfer it.
We can suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service (scraping at scale, harassment in Discord, attempting to game our model outputs, etc.).
You can delete your account anytime. We can't recover deleted accounts.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

Scrape, mirror, or republish the site's data at scale without permission.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any access controls.
Use the site for any illegal purpose, including gambling in a jurisdiction where it's prohibited.
Impersonate another user, including by setting their name as your display name.
Submit malicious content (URLs to phishing, malware, illegal material) in any field that supports user input (display name, bio, comments).

6. Intellectual property

The dashboards, model outputs, code, and design are © 2026 ColesAlgoPicks. Raw MLB game data is owned by MLB Advanced Media and used under their public API terms. Sportsbook lines are aggregated from public sources.

7. Disclaimers + liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the service. If a model output turns out to be wrong, a sportsbook moves a line, or a feature is unavailable, you have no claim against us.

8. Responsible play

Sports betting can be addictive. If you're betting more than you can comfortably lose, gambling to chase losses, or hiding it from people who matter to you — please get help. Resources at /responsible-gambling.html.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" stamp at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
